Testing & Commissioning Experience:
➢ Erecting, Commissioning, Installation, of instrument & control system Layout the cable and cable Tray. Instrument cable termination on both end JB’s and DCS &PLC panels. Instrument cable routing from field JBs to control room. Installation of field instrument as per P&ID like pressure switches, pressure transmitters, level trans, temperature tans, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, flow measuring instruments, control valves, Installation of cable tray as per given drawing. Installation Panel instrument Calibration of all type Instruments.
➢ Testing and commissioning of all field instrumentation.
➢ Loop checking by simulation signals from DCS to field and from field to DCS.
➢ Having sound knowledge & awareness of Instrumentation Drawing, P&ID, and all kind of schematic diagrams
➢ Control panels modification according to process requirement.
➢ Control panels termination loop testing and documentation updating.
➢ Installation of instruments instrument control panels’ hydraulic control panels, local control panels and electrical equipment such as power distribution panels
