Sales Manager (Edtech Technology)

Drive B2B sales growth by connecting with corporate clients, promoting professional training solutions, and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training and professional development services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients • Generate new business opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking • Build and maintain strong client relationships

2. Corporate Training Sales

• Promote corporate training programs and professional development solutions • Understand client training requirements and provide customized solutions • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications

3. Sales Pipeline Management

• Maintain and update sales pipelines in CRM systems • Track leads, opportunities, and conversion progress • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

4. Communication & Client Support

• Conduct professional meetings and presentations with corporate clients • Deliver timely responses and maintain excellent client service standards • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

5. Reporting & Performance

• Prepare sales reports and market feedback updates • Support business growth strategies through market insights • Continuously improve sales processes and client engagement methods

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred candidates with B2B sales experience • Corporate training industry experience is highly preferred • Arabic Native Speaker only preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspac
