Saudi Project Standards:
Extensive experience working under Saudi Aramco (SAES) and international engineering standards and procedures.
Piping Installation:
Proficient in the inspection of piping fabrication (spools), erection, hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and final reinstatement.Code Compliance: Expert knowledge of international codes including ASME B31.3, API, and relevant AWS standards.
QA/QC Documentation:
Proven ability to manage complete QC dossiers, prepare Inspection and Test Plans SATIP and (ITPs), and sign off on Request for Inspection (RFI) forms with third parties.
Material Control:
Experienced in Positive Material Identification (PMI) checks, mill certificate verification, and storage/handling of critical piping components.
