📋 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
✅ Minimum 10+ years of planning experience in large-scale construction projects
✅ Proven experience in High-Rise Building projects is mandatory
✅ Previous experience in 5-Star Hotel developments is highly preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, project scheduling, and progress monitoring
✅ Experience in managing project planning teams and coordinating with stakeholders
✅ Excellent communication and reporting skills
✅ GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience will be an advantage
