We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing high-quality coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages.
Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness of the coffee station.
Have good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and coffee preparation techniques.
Prepare specialty coffee using manual brewing methods, including V60.
Assist customers with menu recommendations and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Support daily café operations and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee and coffee-making techniques.
Ability to prepare V60 and other manual brew coffee methods.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented.
