We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our small, creative team. This is a full-time, in-store position that is primarily focused on customer service and sales, with some light administrative duties.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about fashion, has an eye for fabrics and styling, and is eager to grow with a purpose-driven brand. You will be part of a supportive environment where learning and initiative are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
• Welcome customers and guide them through our collections
• Provide styling advice and share the story behind our garments
• Ensure the shop is well-presented and in line with the brand’s aesthetic
• Process transactions and operate the POS system
Admin & Coordination
• Support inventory tracking, reporting, scheduling, and daily documentation
• Assist with research and development periodically as a part of the team
• Communicate with the in-house atelier team when needed
• Assist with general tasks in the shop as required

Who We’re Looking For
• A genuine interest in fashion, textiles, and inclusive design
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, colors, and styling
• Confident communication in English and Arabic
• Organized and reliable with basic computer literacy
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a small, growing team
