Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction activities on large-scale industrial projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and in compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Review project scope, job specifications, and contractor deliverables to ensure full alignment.
Support preparation of IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and ITB (Invitation to Bid) packages.
Conduct pre-job activities including safety planning, scope clarification, and Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) with contractors.
Monitor construction execution to ensure compliance with design, codes, standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to meet milestone deadlines.
Ensure construction execution follows safety, quality, and performance objectives.
Apply knowledge of construction practices, international codes, and engineering standards.
