RQMII is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Sales based in Riyadh to lead business development activities and generate a strong sales pipeline for our AI-powered business solutions.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who can identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive revenue growth across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
* Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
* Present and demonstrate AI solutions to potential clients.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business deals.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to support company growth objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise solution sales.
* Strong network within the Saudi market is preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
* Experience in technology, software, AI, SaaS, or digital solutions is an advantage.
* Fluency in Arabic and English.
