We are looking for an experienced and passionate Central Kitchen Supervisor to join our growing F&B team.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same position within the F&B industry
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Strong organizational and operational planning skills
✅ Experience in food production, quality control, hygiene, and inventory management
✅ Ability to work under pressure and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations
Preferred:
🇵🇭 Philippine nationality preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily central kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
• Manage production schedules and team performance
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and cost control
• Coordinate with operations and branch teams to ensure timely supply
