Persian Cuisine Sous Chef / Head Chef

We are looking for a Persian cuisine Chef based in Bahrain for the opening of our new branch in Manama, Bahrain.

Requirements:
• Experience in authentic Persian cuisine
• Previous restaurant or fine dining experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Persian grills, rice, kebabs, and traditional dishes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
