Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
Manage and support Switching and Routing environments.
Configure, optimize, and maintain Wi-Fi/Wireless Networks.
Perform network performance monitoring and capacity planning.
Implement network security best practices.
Manage and administer physical and virtual Servers.
Provide technical support and resolve network and server-related incidents.
Maintain network documentation and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of:
Switching
Routing
Wireless Networking (Wi-Fi)
TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS
Experience in Server Administration (Windows Server and/or Linux).
Knowledge of network security and firewall management is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in network and server administration.
Experience with enterprise networking environments.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) is a plus.
