Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with hands-on knowledge of FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) packing machines and Domino printers. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently operating, setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting packaging equipment to ensure smooth production and accurate coding.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and set up FFS packing machines for various product formats.
Configure and adjust Domino printers for batch coding, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and barcodes.
Perform machine changeovers, parameter settings, and production line adjustments.
Monitor machine performance and product quality during production.
Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.
Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
Ensure coding and packaging accuracy according to production requirements.
Maintain production records and report machine issues to supervisors.
Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Requirements
Experience operating FFS packing machines and Domino printers.
Ability to perform machine settings, adjustments, and troubleshooting independently.
Understanding of packaging processes, coding systems, and quality standards.
Basic mechanical and technical knowledge.
Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
