Conduct land and site surveys using total station, GPS, auto level, and other surveying equipment.
Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and site coordinates.
Perform setting out for buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure works according to approved drawings.
Measure distances, elevations, and boundaries with accuracy.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, and coordinate calculations.
Coordinate with civil engineers, construction managers, and subcontractors to ensure correct site execution.
Check alignment, levels, and dimensions during construction activities.
Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments for accurate measurements.
Ensure all surveying work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Assist in preparing as-built surveys and final handover documentation.
Support progress monitoring and provide survey data for project planning and execution.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and Leveling Instruments.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and coordinate systems.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
