🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Operate and monitor industrial ovens, furnaces, and production machinery
✔️ Monitor temperature, pressure, and process parameters to ensure smooth operations
✔️ Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of machinery
✔️ Maintain production quality and operational efficiency
✔️ Follow all safety, quality, and HSE procedures
✔️ Maintain machine logs and production records
✔️ Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment issues
🎯 Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a Machine Operator / Oven Operator in industrial or manufacturing plants
✅ Experience in chemical, minerals, cement, silica, industrial processing, or heavy manufacturing preferred
✅ Knowledge of industrial ovens, furnaces, dryers, or process equipment
✅ Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills
✅ Ability to work in shifts and under production targets
✅ Strong commitment to workplace safety
