The Broiler Farm Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the broiler farm, ensuring optimal bird health, welfare, productivity, and compliance with company standards and biosecurity requirements. The role involves supervising farm workers, monitoring flock performance, and maintaining efficient farm operations to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily farm activities and oversee farm workers.
Monitor bird health, mortality, feed consumption, and flock performance.
Ensure proper feeding, watering, ventilation, and environmental conditions.
Implement and maintain biosecurity and hygiene procedures.
Maintain production records and prepare operational reports.
Coordinate with veterinarians and management to achieve production targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Production, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in broiler farm operations.
