Scope of Work:
• Maintain and update Zoho Books records
• Record and reconcile financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT compliance and filing support
• Monitor expenses and cash flow
Work Arrangement:
• Part-time engagement
• Only 2 on-site visits per month
• Additional support can be provided remotely as required
• Flexible working hours
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Zoho Books
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
• Familiarity with VAT regulations
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
