Are you an experienced IT Governance professional with strong expertise in IT controls, compliance, and regulatory frameworks? Join our team to drive robust IT governance practices aligned with business goals, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures aligned with SAMA ITGF, COBIT, ITIL, and ISO standards
✅ Ensure governance policies are effectively communicated and adopted across IT and business units
✅ Identify, assess, and manage IT risks in coordination with Risk, InfoSec, and stakeholders
✅ Oversee IT controls, compliance monitoring, and remediation of audit findings
✅ Define and track KPIs & KRIs for IT performance, governance, and compliance
✅ Prepare governance dashboards and reports for senior management and board committees
✅ Coordinate internal/external audits, regulatory inspections, and assurance activities
✅ Maintain audit repositories, action plans, and closure tracking
✅ Support governance of IT projects, change management, and architecture compliance
✅ Oversee vendor governance, outsourcing compliance, SLAs, and performance reviews
✅ Promote governance awareness, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 6+ years of experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, or IT Compliance roles
✔️ Strong knowledge of SAMA frameworks, COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001
✔️ Experience in banking/fintech regulatory environments
✔️ Strong understanding of IT risk management, controls, and audit processes
✔️ Experience handling audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance reporting
✔️ Familiarity with IT service management, project governance, and vendor management
✔️ Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and governance mindset
✔️ Experience in Middle East banking environments is a plus.
