Location: Bangkok, Thailand

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Support the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening and interview scheduling
● Assist with onboarding activities including document preparation and coordination of employee orientation
● Maintain and update employee records and HR database ensuring data accuracy
● Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
● Prepare and manage HR documentation including contracts, letters and internal policies
● Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
● Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related matters
● Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
● Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
● Support end-to-end HR processes and internal communication.

REQUIREMENTS:
● Fluent in Thai and English, both verbal and written
● Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
● Up to 2 years of relevant HR experience is desired
● Basic understanding of HR functions and local labor laws
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good organizational and administrative abilities
● Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
● Working schedule: Monday to Friday, from 01 PM - 08 PM
Thailand time.
