Position Title: Male Cleaner

Reporting To: Site Supervisor / Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Male Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards at client sites, including offices, commercial buildings, residential compounds, retail outlets, and other facilities. The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, walls, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
Collect and dispose of waste according to site procedures.
Replenish consumables such as soap, tissue paper, hand sanitizer, and cleaning supplies.
Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Site Supervisor.
Follow company policies, client requirements, and health & safety regulations.
Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Support deep cleaning and special cleaning activities as required.
Assist in moving light furniture and equipment during cleaning operations.
Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are stored properly after use.
Requirements
High school education preferred.
Previous cleaning experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or facilities management environments is an advantage.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting during working hours.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
