Position Title: Female Cleaner

Reporting To: Site Supervisor / Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Female Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across client facilities. The role involves performing daily cleaning tasks, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment, and delivering excellent service in accordance with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of offices, reception areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces as required.
Clean glass partitions, windows, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures.
Replenish consumables such as tissue paper, hand soap, sanitizer, and pantry supplies.
Follow cleaning schedules and site-specific cleaning procedures.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards to the Site Supervisor.
Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Support deep cleaning, post-event cleaning, and special cleaning assignments when required.
Maintain professional conduct, appearance, and customer service standards at all times.
Requirements
High school education preferred.
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or facilities management is an advantage.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
