On Target Technical Co. Ltd. (OTC) is currently seeking skilled and experienced Civil Technicians and MEP Technicians to join our team for a key industrial facility maintenance project in Al Jubail.
Salary Range: SAR 2,500 – SAR 3,000 per month.
General Responsibilities:
Mobilize required tools, manpower, and equipment to perform daily maintenance activities.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance, visual inspections, and functional testing on systems and building components.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, local regulations, and best maintenance practices.
Maintain accurate reports, inspection logs, and repair completion reports, including photos and test results.
Coordinate with the facility team and report any abnormalities or system failures.
Ensure strict adherence to EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety, and Security) rules and regulations.
Specific Role Focus:
Civil Technician:
Maintenance and repair of architectural components such as flooring, ceilings, doors, and partitions.
Masonry, plastering, concrete works (including coring and rebar installation), and surface coatings/painting.
Installation of tiles, interlock, waterproofing, and joint sealants.
MEP Technician:
Maintenance of plumbing systems, including drainage, floor drains, and lifting stations.
Electrical systems maintenance, including lighting, panels, and sockets.
Maintenance of elevator components, including door sensors, safety edges, and alarm systems.
Repair and maintenance of underground sewage piping, manholes, and sump pumps.
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance within industrial settings (e.g., Casting & Forging, Petrochemical, Steel, or related sectors).
Ability to work safely and follow instructions strictly.
Strong commitment to professional standards and site safety regulations.
