Estimation and Tendering Specialist – Operations & Contracts
(Facilities Management)

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management, preferably in a corporate or multi-site environment.
• Proven expertise in facility management costing, budgeting.
• with valid driving license
