My responsibilities include working on SAP and GB, creating sales orders and delivery notes, and managing orders from Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, and Trendyol. I ensure orders are processed and dispatched according to customer and platform requirements.
I also handle returns and damaged items, create disputes for compensation claims, process return documents, and update inventory records to maintain stock accuracy.
I have good knowledge of inventory control, order processing, stock management, and Microsoft Excel. I am looking for a new opportunity where I can use my experience and continue to grow professionally.
