Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee production operations in a chicken and meat processing factory.
Requirements:
* Must be currently based in Jeddah (mandatory).
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in chicken, meat processing, or food manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
* Maintain product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
* Lead production teams and coordinate with other departments.
* Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvements.
