We are seeking a professional, articulate, and welcoming Female Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company—handling client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in bringing in new business. This role includes appearing in videos or introductory clips to explain our services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and professionally.
Client Acquisition: Educate potential clients about our services and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Video Presentation: Confidently present and explain our services in short promotional or instructional videos for our clients.
Requirements:
Nationality: Bangladeshi, Indian, or Pakistani.
Gender: Female.
Iqama Status: Must have a transferable Iqama.
Skills:
Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali (Arabic or English is a major plus).
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Highly confident, professional appearance, and comfortable appearing in business/service videos.
