* Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
* Ensure timely preparation and service of food.
* Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
* Manage ingredients and minimize wastage.
Requirements:
* Experience in South Indian restaurant cooking.
* Good knowledge of South Indian breakfast and tiffin items.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
