BUILDING
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
â–ª Complete leveling & layout work used Total Station & Level instrument for footing
foundations, concrete cost of grade slab, columns, beams , alignment of retaining
walls inlet & outlet points
â–ª Setting out the cable trenches, center line of the road, curbstone & barriers, wall
around the power for dewatering purpose
â–ª Excavation of columns, substation, foundation, trenches etc.
â–ª Supervise site according to drawings and specification, setting out and controlling
all axis, gridlines Structure Work.
â–ª Earth work, sewerage & manhole, duct bank, industrial & sanitary pipeline, water
line,
â–ª The Project involves extensive construction of new utility services into specified
reservations for water, electrical, telephone and internet lines, irrigation, drainage
and street lighting with two storm water drainage pumping stations.
â–ª Site Works including access roads, boundary walls, irrigation system
â–ª Perform survey layout of all structures to be constructed, providing reference lines
and points to the construction team.
â–ª Excavation work for identifying pipes, finding location & marking according to the
specified drawings by using Total Station and Level
â–ª Prepare survey reports, miscellaneous drawing, sketches and as built to be
