Software Engineer - Application/Production/Technical Support Engineer

• Overall 8+ years of IT experience as Production Support, Application and Technical Support, with partial Development and Testing in various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, enhancements, testing.
• Having knowledge on SQL and basics of Core Java.
• Good Knowledge on Manual Testing, HTML and Basics of Automation.
• Worked as L2 Application support for Production Support projects.
• Work Experience on Service-Now(Iris) and Smart-IT i.e., Ticketing Tool.
• Hands on Jira service Management and Ticketing Tool.
• Good Knowledge on API management using Postman.
• Worked on Service Request, Work Order, Incident, Change request and Problem Tickets.
• Strong abilities and proven record as a team member to work on different tickets by resolving them on time without any SLA miss and adherence to the SLA.
• Good Knowledge in fixing the ongoing issues on time and without any escalations.
• Handful Experience on Documentation of Knowledge Articles (KA) for the resolution and information on the Tickets/Issues.
