Key Responsibilities

-Operate production and packaging machines according to standard operating procedures.

-Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.

-Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

-Perform machine cleaning and sanitation in compliance with company and food safety standards.

-Ensure product quality by following production specifications and quality control requirements.

-Record production data, machine downtime, and maintenance activities.

-Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

-Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.

-Assist in production line setup and changeovers when required.
