• Ability to develop and oversee detailed project schedules and resource allocations.
• Experience in coordinating large teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on extensive projects.
• Skilled in risk management and problem resolution in large-scale environments.
Technical Leadership:
• Demonstrated leadership in large teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Experience in supervising the installation of substantial steel frameworks and foam insulation systems.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders on large projects.
• Experience with large-scale project documentation, reporting, and compliance.
Regulatory and Safety Compliance:
• Deep understanding of safety standards applicable to large-scale steel and foam work (e.g., OSHA, local building codes).
• Experience implementing and monitoring safety protocols across extensive sites.
Technical Complexity and Problem Solving:
• Ability to handle the technical challenges of large-scale structural steel erection and foam application.
