I have experience in facade estimation and pre-contract activities, including quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender analysis, value engineering, material take-offs, and project coordination. My technical expertise covers curtain wall systems, aluminum and glass facades, skylights, glazing systems, and other building envelope works.
I am proficient in preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project specifications and drawings, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations, and ensuring competitive and accurate tender submissions. I am also experienced in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other estimation tools to support project bidding and cost control processes.
