The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and other menu items while providing excellent customer service. The role includes taking customer orders, operating the cashier/POS system, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, monitoring stock levels, and supporting daily store operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards, ensuring consistency and proper presentation.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, service area, equipment, and seating area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures at all times.
• Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, packaging materials, and other supplies, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational checklists.

• Work as part of the team to ensure smooth store operations, especially during busy periods.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Prior experience as a Barista or in food and beverage/customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Professional, punctual, flexible, and presentable.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
