Requirements:
1. 1–3 years of relevant work experience in civil construction/site supervision.
2. Valid Bahrain driving license (mandatory).
3. Good knowledge of civil construction activities and site management.
4. Ability to supervise workers, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
5. Good communication and organizational skills.
