Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify suitable candidates for various positions across multiple industries.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Follow up with candidates, employees, and stakeholders to ensure smooth mobilization and joining processes.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with operational coordination and general administrative activities as required.
• Support the team in delivering efficient and professional workforce solutions.
Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, operations, or administration in Saudi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in recruitment or workforce solutions will be an advantage.
• Preferred Indian Nationals (females)
Salary: SAR 2,000 to 3,000 per month.
