Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Degree in Mechanical /Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing steel fabrication, erection, and site coordination.
Ability to Interpret and review fabrication drawings, and supervise workshop and site activities.
Strong communication, documentation, and team management skills.
Plan, execute, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and management to deliver timely project updates and address concerns.
Prefer candidates from South India, with a special emphasis on those from Kerala or Tamil Nadu.
