Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant drafting experience.
Proven experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
Proven experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Construction Projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
Strong understanding of construction standards, specifications, and project requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Mechanical Draftsman
Prepare HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical shop drawings.
Develop coordination drawings with other disciplines.
Prepare as-built drawings and material submittals.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Electrical Draftsman
Prepare electrical power, lighting, low-current, and ELV shop drawings.
Coordinate electrical layouts with architectural and MEP disciplines.
Update and maintain as-built documentation.
Assist engineers with technical drawing revisions.
Civil Draftsman
Prepare structural and civil construction drawings.
Develop detailed site layouts, reinforcement details, and construction drawings.
Coordinate drawings with project engineers and consultants.
Revise drawings according to site requirements and approved changes.
Architectural Draftsman
Prepare architectural shop drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Develop interior and exterior architectural detailing.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines.
Maintain drawing records and revision control.
Important Notice
Candidates without High-Rise Building and 4-Star/5-Star Hotel project experience will NOT be considered.
