Job Title: Production Manager – Electroplating Factory

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all production operations within the factory to ensure high-quality and efficient output.
Plan and organize production lines, ensuring adherence to manufacturing schedules.
Develop and enhance production processes to minimize waste and operational errors.
Lead, coach, and manage production teams, while providing training and skill development.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and procurement to maintain smooth production flow.
Monitor and analyze performance indicators to make strategic decisions that improve productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related industrial field.
Minimum of 7–10 years of industrial production experience, preferably in electroplating factories.
Proven experience in managing production teams and achieving quality and performance targets.
Excellent knowledge of safety standards, occupational health, and production optimization methods.
Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic decision-making skills.
Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
