Job Summary:
Experienced Land Surveyor with expertise in construction and infrastructure projects, responsible for conducting accurate land and engineering surveys, establishing control points, and ensuring all works comply with project drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
Set out coordinates, levels, and alignments for civil and structural works.
Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and Digital Level.
Verify dimensions and elevations according to approved drawings.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, and as-built documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate project execution.
Monitor project progress and provide survey support during all construction phases.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
Troubleshoot survey discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software.
Strong knowledge of coordinate systems, leveling, and control networks.
Good communication skills in English.
