Key Requirements:
Candidates must have strong experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management, preferably within oil & gas, construction, industrial, offshore, or large-scale project environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
* NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent HSE certifications
* ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge or Lead Auditor certification preferred
* Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response, audits, and legal compliance
* Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
* Ability to manage client requirements, project teams, subcontractors, and site HSE performance
Experience Required:
* Senior HSE Manager: Minimum 10–15 years of relevant HSE experience, including managerial experience
* HSE Director: Minimum 15–20 years of senior-level HSE leadership experience
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and monitor overall HSE performance
* Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, plans, and programs
* Ensure compliance with client, company, and regulatory requirements
* Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and management reviews
* Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective actions
* Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization
* Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, statistics, and improvement plans
* Coordinate with clients, management, project teams, and subcontractors
