Job Summary
The Technical Manager will be responsible for the development, technical support, quality control, and project-related activities for high-performance flooring systems, including:
Polyurethane Flooring Systems
Epoxy Flooring Systems
Acrylic Flooring Systems
Polyaspartic Flooring Systems
Industrial and Decorative Floor Coatings
Self-Leveling and Screed Systems
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize flooring formulations and systems.
Provide technical support to sales, production, and project teams.
Conduct product testing, quality control, and performance evaluations.
Prepare technical data sheets, method statements, and specifications.
Troubleshoot application and site-related issues.
Train applicators, contractors, and technical staff.
Ensure compliance with relevant ASTM, EN, and ISO standards.
Coordinate with raw material suppliers and customers regarding technical requirements.
Support new product development and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, and polyaspartic flooring technologies.
Experience in product development, quality control, and field applications.
Good communication and technical reporting skills.
Experience in the GCC market is preferred.
