AFTER SALES SERVICE
PURPOSE:
To handle the Issuance of spare parts & materials, manpower under responsibility for execution of parts sales over the counter & issuance of parts internally & externally.
REPORTING TO:
• Spare Parts Supervisor
• Service Manager
• GM – Sales – (In the absence of the Service Manager)
WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
INTERNAL
• All levels of Staff, Sales, Service, ware houses / stores / RMS & Manufacturing.
EXTERNAL
• All customers Internal & External , All Ministries, B2B & Individual clients.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Issuing Buffer & regular spare parts for consumption to External customers and Both Field & Workshop / Depot technicians.
2. Issuing tools and other consumable items to technicians and project teams. Take back & account for Tools & Equipment’s while staff go out for their Annual vacations.
3. Bringing materials from RMS W/H to SER W/H and informing store in charge to update the file.
4. Arrangement of all spare parts in the store / racks and putting identification tags / part numbers on each of them.
5. Housekeeping in the store areas.
6. Issuing gate pass for the spare parts entered in service order from system.
7. Issuing Refrigerant gate pass to Service Technician & maintaining the Cylinder Serial # in the system.
8. Issuing consumables gate pass from the system to customers and field / workshop technicians.
9. Issuing Tools, field technicians’ tools and equipment. (Issuing and maintaining the records).
10. Oxygen, Acetylene & Nitrogen issuing to Technician & maintaining the records in the system.
11. Checking of physical stock of spare parts, consumables and refrigerants and informing store in charge for replenishment.
12. Adhere to Internal & External Audits & work procedures as per ISO as well as other audits internally. ( Regular intervals )
13. Assist in physical Stock taking – Mid Year & Year End & ensuring stock tallying , prepare excess or shortage report accordingly.
14. Covering up the activities of spare parts stores in the rare absence of the Spare parts supervisor & other general related duties as required.
15. Ensuring compliance to quality, health, safety and environment guidelines and procedures in areas related to the job
