China Railway is currently seeking highly qualified and experienced Electrical Procurement Engineers to join our growing team for prestigious high-rise building and luxury hotel projects.

Electrical Procurement Engineer
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical Procurement.
Proven experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
Proven experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical materials, equipment procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
Excellent negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Important:
Applications that do not demonstrate experience in both high-rise buildings and 4-star/5-star hotel projects will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities for electrical materials and equipment.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and recommend suitable vendors.
Ensure procurement schedules align with project timelines.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams.
Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve supply chain issues.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier performance evaluations.
Control procurement costs and support budget objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers and manufacturers.
