Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage daily operational activities across office and project sites
* Supervise project coordination between designers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
* Monitor project schedules, execution progress, and operational performance
* Ensure efficient workflow and communication between all departments
* Manage operational planning, reporting, logistics, and team follow-ups
* Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
* Ensure projects are executed according to company standards, timelines, and quality expectations
* Support management in improving operational systems and team performance
Requirements
* Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations supervision, project coordination, or management within the architecture, interior design, construction, or fit-out industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
* Strong understanding of site operations, project execution, and coordination processes
* Experience dealing with contractors, suppliers, and client communications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
* Arabic and English fluency preferred
* Valid driving license preferred
