We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing recruitment company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote recruitment, manpower supply, and HR outsourcing services.
Identify business opportunities and generate new leads.
Conduct client meetings and prepare service proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (recruitment/manpower industry preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
