The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced migration professional to manage a diverse portfolio of cases from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, guiding them through the entire visa application process. You will work under the supervision and direction of our Registered MARA Agent, with the potential for mentorship and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
•End-to-End Case Management: Take full ownership of a caseload of visa applications (e.g., Skilled,
Family, Student, Partner visas) from the initial client consultation to the final grant.
•Client Liaison & Advice: Provide timely, accurate, and clear advice to clients regarding their eligibility,
visa options, and application strategies.
•Documentation Preparation & Review: Meticulously prepare, check, and compile all necessary
documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration legislation and policy.
•File Management: Maintain impeccable and up-to-date client records in our case management
system, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
•Legislative Compliance: Stay abreast of frequent changes in migration law and policy to ensure all
advice and applications are current and accurate.
•Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Principal MARA Agent, providing regular updates on case
progress and complex issues.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to client success.
•Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role within an Australian migration practice.
•Proven, demonstrable experience in end-to-end case management and visa application lodgment.
•Specific experience with Skills Assessments and Expression of Interest (EOI) processes is essential.
•Deep understanding of the Australian Visa & Migration process.
•High-level proficiency with the ImmiAccount platform and one or more migration case management
software systems.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information
clearly.
•Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
