We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vulcanizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy-duty conveyor belt systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Splicing Expertise: Proven experience in both Hot Vulcanizing (Hot Joint) and Cold Splicing (Cold Joint) methods.

Maintenance & Installation: Hands-on experience with full conveyor belt installation and removal tracking.

Rubber Lagging: Proficient in executing high-quality rubber lagging on conveyor pulleys.

Safety: Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols during belt handling and heavy lifting.
