HIRING: Cybersecurity Course Author and Instructor — Khobar, Eastern Province
We are planning the launch of a new TVTC-licensed skill-development institute, and we are looking for a qualified cybersecurity professional to join us in a founding role as a course author and instructor, or just as a course author. We are also on the lookout for qualified instructors.
We are building a Diploma in Cybersecurity, as part of our offerings, covering CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, and more, alongside standalone short courses from CompTIA, EC Council and the likes. This is a full-scope role – it would be great if you could write the curriculum and teach it.
What the job involves:
Designing a complete, TVTC-submission-ready curriculum across six modules. Writing session-by-session lesson plans, lab exercises, and assessments mapped to CompTIA’s exam domains. Delivering courses to student cohorts in person once the programme is TVTC-approved. CompTIA and EC-Council will provide certified instructor training through their official programmes — we cover this, and will fully support you throughout every step of the process.
What you need:
• Current CompTIA Security+ — mandatory. CEH preferred.
• Minimum three years of cybersecurity industry experience. Some background in training or course development.
• TVTC accepts instructors who hold a relevant professional certification issued within the last five years or who have three or more years of hands-on industry experience — either qualifies.
The basics:
Location is Khobar, Eastern Province. This is an in-person role. Compensation is competitive and reflects the full scope of authoring and/or instruction. Long-term engagement. CV must be in Arabic or available for translation.
