A new TVTC-licensed skill-development institute is launching in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
To cater directly to the construction, engineering, and architectural market in the Eastern Province, we are looking to build and provide a BIM training programme as part of our complete offering.
We are in need of a qualified BIM specialist to author the full curriculum and deliver it in person.
The programme covers Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools across architecture, civil, and adjacent disciplines, aligned to Autodesk certification requirements. The Eastern Province is an important piece of Saudi Arabia's most ambitious construction and infrastructure development pipeline - demand for BIM-skilled professionals is high and growing, and quality, on-site, training provision in the region is almost non-existent.
What the job involves:
Designing the full programme structure across disciplines and student levels. Producing a complete, TVTC-submission-ready curriculum - syllabi, session-by-session lesson plans, software lab exercises built around real project workflows, assessment instruments, and learning outcomes mapped to TVTC requirements and Autodesk certification standards. Delivering courses to working professionals in person once approved.
What you need:
• Autodesk Certified Professional or Autodesk Certified Instructor status in Revit — mandatory.
• Navisworks preferred. Minimum three years of hands-on BIM project delivery experience. Gulf or Saudi project experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate real project experience into structured professional training content. TVTC accepts instructors who hold a relevant professional certification issued within the last five years or who have three or more years of documented industry experience.
The basics:
Location is Khobar, Eastern Province. In-person role. Compensation is competitive and structured to reflect both authoring and instruction scope. Long-term engagement. We are pursuing Autodesk ATP status. CV must be in Arabic or available for translation.
