CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct daily Back-of-House (BOH) tasks, such as, but not limited to organizing dry shelves, arranging the beverage store in accordance with the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) standard, and always maintaining the BOH clean and tidy as per management standards and guidelines.
• Arrange table settings and maintain the dining room clean and tidy as per management standards and guidelines.
• Greet patrons, show them to their tables, present the menu, explain menu offerings, and offer recommendations based on individual preferences.
• Upsell if/when the opportunity arises.
• Coordinate efforts with all kitchen and serving staff.
• Take and serve orders attentively and efficiently.
• Deliver checks and receive payments.
• Deliver orders to homes within the compound.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the company.


REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma and/or professional certificate
• Minimum of five (3) years as a waiter for an upper casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Food safety training is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, resolve problems, and appease dissatisfied customers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Good grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Must have a valid Iqama and be transferable.
• Nationality Kenyan, Indian, Filipino
• Salary Starting 1,600 Sar
