Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor printing machines to ensure efficient production.
- Adjust machine settings according to job specifications and quality standards.
- Review work orders and verify printing materials before production.
- Conduct color checks, alignment, and print quality inspections.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Monitor production output and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with production, design, and quality control teams to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating printing machines such as digital, offset, large-format, UV
- Ability to read job orders and understand production specifications.
- Knowledge of print materials, inks, color management, and finishing processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical or vocational training in printing technology is an advantage.
